Free Range 'Really Good' Ham

Our 'Really Good Ham' made from our free range Berkshire pork is, well, really good. We follow the same recipe as our Christmas hams  - curing them using traditional a method of soaking in a handmade brine and then hot smoking over red gum, using the absolute minimum amount of nitrate. 

Delicious in lunch boxes or on a sandwich with some gooey Brie cheese and rocket.
