Pork Scotch Medallions

Scotch fillet is the trimmed neck muscle, it is highly marbled and tender. We like it cut thick into steaks for a hot sear for four minutes each side, eaten medium rare with only salt and pepper seasoning. This is a pack of 2 thick cut steaks.
