SMALL - Whole triple smoked leg ham
Our hams are individually handcrafted from our free range Berkshire pigs legs. Each ham is cured on the bone a handmade brine of with local orange juice, brown sugar and warm spices and then hot smoked over red gum from the surrounding forest. The flesh is aromatic, textural and balanced between salty, sweet and smokey. Minimum preservatives, gluten free and handmade with lots of love.
Wine Match: Merlot.
To maintain your ham once opened, keep your ham in a cotton bag soaked in fresh cool water and a tablespoon of vinegar, refreshed daily in your fridge.
