Our beef is the result of a small herd of dairy crossed cattle grazing our native grasslands. No antibiotics or chemicals or grain have been used. The meat is tender, tasty and full of nutrients.
The box contains a mix of mainly premium cut steaks and some secondary long slow cuts like ribs. For this run we are including a 600g serve of our Italian meatballs in sugo- delicious and ready to eat just heat through (also gluten free!) and a 750ml jar of beef bone broth.
Limited boxes available for September. Three weeks hanging time, up to three weeks wet aged.
