Our hams are individually handcrafted on our farm from our free range Berkshire pigs. Each ham is naturally cured and then triple smoked over locally sourced red gum.
To maintain your ham once opened, keep your ham in a cotton bag soaked in fresh cool water and a tablespoon of vinegar, refreshed daily in your fridge.
