Our eggs are laid in movable 'chook tractors' by chickens that have free range over our shady paddocks, guarded from foxes by our Maremma dogs, Bear and Missy. The chickens are co-grazing with our catttle, and enjoy picking through their manure for beetles and worms. The yolks are big, tasty and orange.
