Smoked Leg Ham for Glazing

Our smoked leg ham is cooked perfectly, and Simon our butcher has removed the skin and prepared the ham ready for glazing to be applied. We recommend our Barham Gin Citrus glaze.

Apply the glaze to the ham with a brush or spoon and bake either in the oven or on a Webber BBQ on moderate heat until the ham is warmed and the glaze has started to caramelise.

Approx 7kgs, bone in/bone out- please specify in notes.

To maintain your ham once opened, keep your ham in a cotton bag soaked in fresh cool water and a tablespoon of vinegar, refreshed daily in your fridge.
