Our hams are individually handcrafted on our farm from our free range Berkshire pigs. The ham has not been smoked but is cooked and ready to eat!
To maintain your ham once opened, keep your ham in a cotton bag soaked in fresh cool water and a tablespoon of vinegar, refreshed daily in your fridge.
