MEDIUM – Whole triple smoked leg ham.

Size range –  6 – 6.9kg.

$260 per ham
Our hams are individually handcrafted from our free range Berkshire pigs legs. Each ham is cured on the bone a handmade brine of with local orange juice, brown sugar and warm spices and then hot smoked over red gum from the surrounding forest. The flesh is aromatic, textural and balanced between salty, sweet and smokey. Minimum preservatives, gluten free and handmade with lots of love.

Wine Match: Merlot.

Delivery reach: 

Due to the cost and timing of logistics, we can only service customers in Victoria, most of NSW and ACT. We encourage those in other States to find another regenerative farmer that may be located closer to you.
