Our hens happily roam the paddocks, pecking through grasses and cow pats under the watchful eyes of our loyal Maremma dogs. This truly free-range life keeps them active, content and naturally healthy.

We collect their nutrient-rich, dark golden-yolked eggs daily and pack them just 4km down the road in Barham, supplying local supermarkets, our butchery and families who value real food with genuine provenance.

With fewer than 50 hens per hectare, our birds leave behind a gentle trail of feathers and manure—naturally fertilising our soils and helping regenerate our paddocks as they go. Their eggs are a staple in our own kitchen, and we’re proud to share them with yours.
