Our butchery team at Barham is here to specifically cut and pack whatever your business needs to connect to your customers. When you work with Bundarra, it is a personal relationship that is fostered over time, which starts in the paddock with Lauren and finishes with the team at the butchery, so you can share our regenerative journey with your customers and they can experience the difference in the quality of our products.

We are licensed to produce UCFM (salami and fermented meats) and to dry age cuts, we slice and pack charcuterie, smoked hams, sausages and bacon, using traditional methods and simple ingredients to highlight the sweetness of the Berkshire pork.

We send all of our orders via refrigerated freight every week into every state in Australia, and work with Savour and Grace in Melbourne to distribute a restaurant and deli line of smoked ham and large salami sticks.
