Bundarra's founder and owner Lauren Stevens has been at it for 18 years, advocating for local food systems, access to markets for farmers and more recently regenerative farming and micro-abattoir work. Throughout her experiences through building her own butchery, founding the local food group and a meat cooperative which now runs a micro-abattoir in Barham, Lauren is now ready to connect with other likeminded producers or community groups to share her knowledge and skills with to empower farmers and food producers to make a better, more sustainable future for Australians.
