Orders placed by 5pm Sunday are cut and packed on Monday and Tuesday and leave the butcher on Wednesday by refrigerated courier for despatch around Australia.

VIC -  Thursday*
NSW & ACT - Saturday*
QLD metro - Sunday (within 1 hour from Brisbane) 
QLD regional - Following Monday to Tuesday
SA - Following Monday
NT - Following Tuesday 
WA - Following Wednesday
TAS - Following Thursday 

*Regional areas – there may be an extra day required for delivery outside of metropolitan and regional centres. 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Deliveries are made nationwide with Be Cool, a refrigerated transport company.

Zone 1: VIC, NSW, ACT & SA | $29.50 per order (free on orders over $250)
Zone 2: QLD, WA, TAS & NT | $48.50 per order  

Important: While our goods are refrigerated in transit, we do not use freezer packs for environmental reasons so please organise someone to be home or close by for delivery. You’ll be sent a text message the night before your delivery with an estimated delivery window and tracking link. If you’re not home at the time of delivery your goods should be fine if left in a shaded area for up to 45 minutes.
