Bone Broth

Our bone broths are made using only our bones from our pigs, chickens and beef carcasses, and are slowly cooked down until the bones disintegrate, leaving a nutritious broth containing collagen and essential amino acids. No added salt or additives. Just bones and water. 

We like adding a knob of ginger, some dried mushrooms and miso for a quick nutritious soup.
