Cattle are amazing farm helpers when grazing on grass and rotating through paddocks. Their unique digestion turns grass into nutrient-rich manure, which dung beetles pull into the soil, nourishing plants and cycling carbon and nutrients. On our farm, our retired dairy cattle share paddocks with our laying chickens in a harmonious rotation. We let our cattle live a full, happy life, reaching maturity at 8 years before harvesting their meat.
Deliveries are made nationwide with Be Cool, a refrigerated transport company, and leave our farm weekly, every Wednesday.
Our country is Barapa Barapa country, and we pay our respect and deep gratitude to the elders past present and future and to their people who lived here before us on the land we are now the custodians of.
