Pork Sausages (Nitrate-Free, Crap Free, Gluten Free)

Our pork sausages are handmade in small batches using premium cuts from our pasture-raised pigs, ethically farmed on regenerative land in Barham, NSW. With no fillers or artificial additives, each sausage is pure, honest meat, crap free—seasoned simply and beautiful.

Approx. 550g (5 pieces).

Ingredients:

Pork & Fennel: Berkshire pork, fennel, coriander, salt, pepper, paprika, chilli, organic white wine.

Apple & Sage: Berkshire pork, apple, sage, spices, salt.

Toulouse: Berkshire pork, salt, pepper.
