Made from our premium free-range Berkshire pork, raised regeneratively, antibiotic-free and chemical-free, it’s soft, comforting and deeply satisfying — somewhere between a pâté and a potted terrine.
Best enjoyed at room temperature with crusty bread, Dijon mustard and your favourite charcuterie — though it’s just as good tucked into a sandwich.
