Our Fricandeaux is a classic regional French delicacy — a rich, savoury spread made from our premium free-range Berkshire pork mince, blended with potato and onion, simply seasoned with salt and pepper, then gently wrapped in caul fat for incredible flavour and moisture.

Made from our premium free-range Berkshire pork, raised regeneratively, antibiotic-free and chemical-free, it’s soft, comforting and deeply satisfying — somewhere between a pâté and a potted terrine.

Best enjoyed at room temperature with crusty bread, Dijon mustard and your favourite charcuterie — though it’s just as good tucked into a sandwich.
