Half a Pig (CSA)

Our Half Pig CSA is the ultimate paddock-to-plate experience — a freezer-filling share of our slow-grown, pasture-raised Berkshire pork, butchered fresh and packed just for you.

Each half pig yields approximately 25kg of pork, including around 5kg of extras such as bones and fat — perfect for stocks, rendering lard, or nose-to-tail cooking.

Your box includes a selection of roasts, grilling cuts, mince, bone-in and boneless cuts. If you’d prefer, we’re happy to leave muscles in primals, giving you flexibility to portion or butcher further at home.

Because every animal is unique, weights can vary slightly from pig to pig — however pricing is a flat rate per half pig and represents a significant bulk discount.
