Free Range Ham (Nitrate Free)

Our Little Smoked Hams are preservative free and all natural. We cure them using traditional methods of soaking in a handmade brine and then hot smoking over red gum. They are boneless and sodium nitrate free. Delicious in lunch boxes or on a sandwich with some gooey Brie cheese and rocket. The colour of this product is not bright pink, rather a pale pinky brown, this is normal.
