Our premium Italian-style pancetta is made from our free range Berkshire pork belly, massaged with salt, peppercorns, garlic, thyme, coriander seeds, brown sugar, bay leaf and chilli before hanging to dry for up to three months. Superb add depth to your cooking, especially on pizza or in pasta sauces.
