Our premium Italian-style pancetta is crafted from free-range Berkshire pork belly and cured slowly using traditional methods.
Each piece is hand-massaged with salt, peppercorns, garlic, thyme, coriander seeds, brown sugar, bay leaf and chilli, then hung to dry for up to three months to develop its rich, savoury flavour.
Beautifully balanced and deeply aromatic, it’s perfect for adding depth to pasta sauces, pizzas, risottos or slow-cooked dishes — a little goes a long way.
