Our pastured chicken Marylands are a generous, flavour-packed cut — combining thigh and drumstick for juicy dark meat that’s perfect for roasting, BBQing, or slow cooking.

Raised on our regenerative farm in Barham, NSW, Bundarra chickens are a slow-growing heritage breed developed locally from Aussie Game, Light Sussex, Plymouth Rock and Australian Bresse. Living on open pasture, they develop rich flavour, tender meat and natural golden fat that keeps every cook beautifully moist.

Our chickens are hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and rotated regularly onto fresh paddocks, where they spend their days pecking, scratching and foraging under the sun — supporting animal welfare while improving soil health.
