Our 100% free-range Berkshire pork trotters are a traditional favourite prized for their rich flavour and natural collagen. Raised on open regenerative pastures and completely antibiotic- and chemical-free, our pigs grow slowly and naturally, resulting in high-quality pork perfect for nourishing, slow-cooked dishes.

Trotters add incredible depth to stocks, broths, soups and braises, creating a silky, gelatinous texture that can’t be replicated. They’re also ideal for classic dishes like braised trotters, headcheese and terrines.
