Rillettes

Rillettes are traditional french charcuterie, confit torn pork seasoned with French spices, salt and pepper, sealed in a layer of creamy fat. To be gobbled up with cornichon and crusty bread, best eaten with other charcuterie such as capocollo, fricandeaux and ham.
