Our award-winning Berkshire pork rillettes are a classic French charcuterie delicacy, made from our free-range Berkshire pork, slowly confit, hand-shredded and gently seasoned with French spices, salt and pepper, then sealed beneath a layer of creamy pork fat.

Crafted from pork raised regeneratively — antibiotic-free and chemical-free — they’re rich, silky and deeply savoury, with that unmistakable melt-in-the-mouth texture. Best enjoyed with crusty bread and cornichons, alongside your favourite charcuterie such as capocollo, Fricandeaux and ham — though they’re just as perfect spread generously in a sandwich.
