Rillettes

Our award-winning, free range Berkshire rillettes are a traditional french charcuterie delicacy made from shredded confit pork seasoned with French spices, salt and pepper and sealed in a layer of creamy fat. To be gobbled up with cornichon and crusty bread, best eaten with other charcuterie such as capocollo, fricandeaux and ham.
