Made from our pasture-raised Bundarra chickens, each breast is smoked on the bone over redgum, then carefully boned out for easy slicing. Naturally gluten-free and nitrate-free, with a gentle smoke flavour that lets the chicken shine.

Raised on our regenerative farm in Barham, NSW, our chickens are hormone-free and antibiotic-free, spending their lives foraging on open pasture for exceptional flavour and quality.
