Our Bundarra chickens are a truly unique, slow-growing heritage breed, developed locally from Aussie heritage breeds and Australian Bresse. Bred specifically for our local conditions, these birds thrive on pasture, developing rich flavour, yellow fat, and strong bones for exceptional, award winning eating quality.

Raised on our regenerative farm in Barham, NSW, our chickens are 100% hormone-free and antibiotic-free. They spend their lives pecking, scratching, and foraging across open paddocks, moving every few days to fresh ground under the sun. This natural movement not only builds strong, healthy birds but also enriches our soil with feathers, manure, and straw as they go. Processed at the local Barham micro-abattoir, 10kms from the farm.

The Bundarra Pastured Chicken meat is deeply flavoursome with tender dark cuts and golden fat that keeps it moist when cooking —ideal for roasting or slow-cooking.

Includes 1 x whole chicken (predicted weights vary due to warmer weather conditions in December 1.5-1.7kgs).
