Lovingly bred by our local breeder Adrian, these specialty birds combine the best genetics of Aussie Game, Light Sussex, Plymouth Rock and Australian Bresse — creating a truly unique eating experience unlike anything else currently available in Australia.

Slow-grown, 100% free-range and completely chemical-free and antibiotic-free, our chickens roam our paddocks as part of our regenerative farming system. Their natural movement helps build biodiversity, improve soil health and cycle nutrients back into the land — meaning they’re not just good to eat, they’re good for the farm too.
