Our free-range pastured Bundarra chickens produce beautifully tender, quality meat with rich flavour and golden-yellow fat that keeps every cut moist and succulent when cooking.

Lovingly bred by our local breeder Adrian Fleet who operates his business Australian Bresse Chickens here, these specialty birds combine the best genetics of Australian heritage breeds and the Australian Bresse, which has been imported from France. This is a truly unique eating experience unlike anything else currently available in Australia.

Slow-grown, 100% free-range and completely chemical-free and antibiotic-free, our chickens roam our paddocks as part of our regenerative farming system. Their natural movement helps build biodiversity, improve soil health and cycle nutrients back into the land, meaning they’re not just good to eat, they’re good for the farm too and are nutrient dense.
