This is what real, grass-fed pork should taste like—no additives, hormones, or antibiotics, just pure, natural flavour. Our pork and charcuterie have earned gold at the Australian Food Awards, the Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards and State Winner in the delicious. Produce Awards! All our charcuterie and smallgoods are free from nitrates and preservatives. 

Deliveries are made nationwide with Be Cool a refrigerated transport company and leave our farm every Wednesday.
